Meditation/mindfulness has never been easier with thousands of videos for whatever you are looking for available on YouTube. I use different guided meditations for different purposes, but the 3-minute breathing space is a great tool to clear your thoughts and relax your body in just 3 minutes!
As I mentioned there are thousands to choose from depending on how long you have or if there is a focus on your meditation (breath work, anxiety, healing, etc.). All you do is put on some headphones, close your eyes and listen!
