Our health services are not covered by OHIP, however are covered by most private health care plans.

Payment is due at the time of visit and a credit card is required on file to secure an appointment. All outstanding invoices will be subject to 2% interest per 30 days. Outstanding invoices must be paid prior to subsequent visits.

For your convenience, we offer direct billing for most major insurance providers. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company for the extent of coverage prior to your visit. Please be prepared to pay the full visit fee in the event of a deductible or non-payment from your insurance provider.

Counselling

Patients who have not had a visit within the past 6 months require a 50-minute follow-up. Patients who have not had a visit within the past 12 months require a 60-minute re-assessment. Patients who have not had a visit within the past 24 months require an initial visit.
