Tip #7: Reading a book out of my all-time favourite series

I LOVE reading, and while everyone is posting these amazing new self-improvement books (which are still great of course), I love getting lost in a great fiction novel. My poison of choice is the Harry Potter series (yup, I'm a 12 year old at heart) and every time I read the books, nothing that is going on in the 'real world' weighs on me. Grab a book when you're heading out the door in the morning, and take 10 minutes of the day to just sit down (or hide in a closet if you have to) and read something that inspires, relaxes or transcends you.
